Iulian Chifu: EU can help reintegrate Armenians into Azerbaijani society

"The most complicated part begins from now because you need to reconcile and reintegrate Azerbaijani citizens of Armenian origin into the multi-face society. European Union can help and assist in this matter because reconstruction is hard. It isn't very easy, and you need to spend a lot of money. But in that area, it is even more complicated to build because you need to develop confidence and rebuild the cohesion of society. That is the hardest part."

Iulian Chifu, President of the Center for Conflict Prevention and Early Warning, who visited the new Military Trophy Park in Baku, told Report.
