ISESCO official: "Cultural monuments must be returned to their owners"

"Azerbaijani mosques have been attacked in Karabakh. I think that historical heritage and cultural monuments should be returned to their true owners. "
Report informs, ISESCO Director General Salim bin Mohammed Al-Malik said.
According to him, regional forces should be used to resolve this issue: "Azerbaijan is a safe space between West and East. Many of Azerbaijan's initiatives are welcomed and supported by the world community. I congratulate the President and people of Azerbaijan on their victory. "
