Hikmat Hajiyev: "Armenia carries out ethnic cleansing of Azerbaijanis"

"The Azerbaijani city of Barda was subjected to heavy artillery attacks. Information about the wounded and dead is already being collected."
Report informs, Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, Head of the Foreign Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, said.
"We are witnessing ethnic cleansing by Armenia against the Azerbaijani people and cultural heritage in general," he said.
