Ilham Aliyev: Pashinyan personally decided to attack Ganja

"The cause of the attack on Ganja is the military-political leadership of Armenia. According to our information, this decision was made by Pashinyan personally. We have accurate information that he is now in a state of psychological shock. His moral and psychological condition is agitated, and he makes inadequate decisions," Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said in an interview with Haber Global.

"For example, they have tried several times to re-occupy Hadrut. A large group of special forces from Armenia tried to re-occupy Hadrut tonight. However, from a strategic point of view, this is not of great importance for Armenia. This group was neutralized. Armenia's sacrifices tonight are the result of Pashinyan's irresponsible and predatory policy," he emphasized.
