ICRC vehicles pass freely through Khankandi-Lachin road

Conditions have again been created on the Khankandi-Lachin road for the unhindered passage of a total of 6 vehicles belonging to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).

According to Report, two passenger cars and four trucks crossed from Khankandi to Lachin.

This shows once again that there are no restrictions for the passage of humanitarian vehicles.
