ICRC vehicles freely move through Khankandi-Lachin road - UPDATED

Today, conditions were created for the movement of 8 vehicles of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) on the Khankandi-Lachin road passing through Shusha, Report informs.

Six passenger cars and two trucks moved from Lachin to Khankandi without hindrance.

This, once again, shows no restrictions on the movement of humanitarian vehicles.
