ICRC representative: Landmines are obstacle to sustainable development

Landmines are an obstacle to the sustainable development of the Karabakh region, the head of the weapons contamination unit for the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Erik Tollefsen, told journalists, Report informs.

He noted that during his visit to Karabakh yesterday, he was deeply impressed by seeing how the Azerbaijani government fights this problem with the support of the UNDP.
