Hikmet Hajiyev: Azerbaijan’s view on the conflict was explained to co-chairs once again

The Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group visited the region. President Ilham Aliyev received them and Azerbaijan’s view on the conflict was explained to them once again, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmet Hajiyev told Report.

‘The Co-Chairs also met with the ‘“The Azerbaijani community of Nagorno-Karabakh” PU, listened the community’s demands, concern about returning to their lands’, he stressed.

On May 27, the Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group visited the region and Yerevan hosted a meeting of the co-chairs with Armenian FM Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, as well as Defense Minister David Tonoyan. On May 29, they visited Azerbaijan's occupied Khankendi district, met with Bako Sahakyan, the head of the separatist regime.

On May 30, the Co-Chairs arrived in Baku and held some meetings. Andrzej Kasprzyk, Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office was also among the visitors. The sides exchanged views on the situation at the front line.
