Hikmat Hajiyev makes another statement regarding attack on Barda

"Armenia used again Smerch missiles against Barda," Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, said on Twitter.
"Casualties among civilians are recorded. Such deliberate war crimes of Armenia are deplorable," he noted
