Hikmat Hajiyev: Immorality knows no bounds

"Yet another immoral terror act by the elements of armed forces of Armenia and illegal forces of puppet regime against Azerbaijani outpost," Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan, said on social network X (formerly Twitter).

The official was thereby commenting on Armenians' use of dogs equipped with remotely detonated bomb.
