Hikmat Hajiyev: Armenian attacks are war crime

"Attacking civilians with destructive missiles out of the theater of military operations is a war crime," Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, said on his Twitter account.
"It is a manifestation of the immoral behavior of Armenia's political-military leadership," he added.
