The operational manager at the ANAMA, Khalig Zulfugarov, said that improvised explosive devices were discovered even in the hospitals of the central region in the liberated areas after anti-terrorist measures.
In an interview with Report, Zulfugarov said that improvised explosive devices were found at the entrances of abandoned houses and courtyards, farm buildings, bridges located near residential buildings, the central district hospital, as well as in private residential neighborhoods, and the basements of buildings in Khojavand, Khojaly, and Khankandi.
The manager stressed that within the framework of their activities, they completely check the yard, roads, basements of houses, roofs, etc.
“While inspecting the village of Dagdagan, we even discovered the place where those devices were made in the basements of the houses. We have found other improvised explosive devices that were dropped on our territory by drones,” he added.
