"Armenians oppress Azerbaijan. Azerbaijanis are our brothers. And what, we just watch?" Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said at the opening ceremony of the 2020-2021 Year of Higher Academic Education.
Stressing that they will not tolerate these tortures, Erdoğan noted: "Libya is suffering. There is a threat in Syria along our 910 km border. What to do? Silence? There is oppression in Somalia. Let's observe? We can't do that. Our ancestors inherited us not to endure torture and help the oppressed."
