Envoy: Pakistan ready to contribute to restoration of Karabakh

Pakistan always supports Azerbaijan and is happy to offer its help, Pakistani Ambassador to Azerbaijan Bilal Hayee told Report.

“I had the opportunity to visit the liberated Azerbaijani territories with other diplomats. I also visited Shusha, the cultural capital of Azerbaijan. We saw there a similar situation that exists in the provinces of Jammu and Kashmir... This brings us closer to Azerbaijan. Yes, the territories of Azerbaijan are now liberated, but steps need to be taken to restore and further develop the Karabakh region,” the ambassador said.

He added that Pakistan is ready to contribute to the restoration and development of Karabakh and also to assist in demining the territories.
