Libyan Charge d'Affaires: We have always supported Azerbaijan

Internally displaced persons will soon be able to return to their native lands in Karabakh, liberated by Azerbaijan during the 44-day war, the Charge d'Affaires of Libya to Azerbaijan Ashraf Adem Almesmarin told journalists.

Report's correspondent posted to Karabakh said that, according to Almesmarin, Libya has always supported Azerbaijan.

"Now work is underway on reconstruction. We believe that Karabakh will turn into a paradise. We are happy to be here, it is very beautiful here," the ambassador said.
