Brenda Shaffer, a professor at Naval Postgraduate School (USA) and a member of the American Political Science Association, recommended USAID Administrator Samantha Power pay attention to other residents of Karabakh, specifically Armenian servicemen who are happy to return to their homeland, Report informs.
“Hey Samantha Power, did you also speak to the 12,000 soldiers from Armenia and their family members (another 20,000) that were living in Karabakh? They probably were happy to go back home,” Brenda Shaffer said on X, commenting on the USAID administrator's meeting with Armenians who voluntarily left the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan.
