"Nikol Pashinyan, did you want to intimidate innocent civilians in Barda with a cluster missile attack? Barda is definitely stronger and more beautiful than before."
Report informs, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, Hikmat Hajiyev said during an interview in Barda.
"You have made a big mistake; you added another war crime to your personal case. Now we are going to Tartar to show your crimes, "he said.
