"Of course, this is quite a complicated issue. We must be realistic. It is impossible to solve the problems that have existed for almost 30 years with one meeting. However, we have always shown that the Azerbaijani side is constructive. The Azerbaijani side has always supported a political solution to the issue.
Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov told the foreign Bureau of Report.
The Azerbaijani side does not propose military operations unless there are absolute conditions. I believe we have both reasons and facts to bring the Azerbaijani side's truth, and our position is fair. From this point of view, we think that the meetings were useful."
