Jeyhun Bayramov: Azerbaijan does not propose military operations unless absolute conditions

"Of course, this is quite a complicated issue. We must be realistic. It is impossible to solve the problems that have existed for almost 30 years with one meeting. However, we have always shown that the Azerbaijani side is constructive. The Azerbaijani side has always supported a political solution to the issue.
