Assistant to President: Armenia uses banned cluster munition

Report informs, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev said at a press briefing.

According to him, the fact that Armenia drops banned bombs on populated areas shows that this country is a terrorist state.
