Hikmat Hajiyev: "Ceasefire is not peace"

"A ceasefire is not peace in itself; it can never be."

Report informs, Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, Head of the Foreign Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, said at today's briefing.

"A ceasefire can be one of the tools to advance the peace process. The current statement in Moscow is a humanitarian ceasefire.
