"We work very hard in social networks, especially in the context of information warfare, taking into account that most of them take place on social media platforms. We face several attacks, even threatened with death for our online activity."
The Head of the Azerbaijani community in the Nagorno-Karabakh region of Azerbaijan, MP Tural Ganjaliyev, told Report.
"Some aggressive, radical forces from Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh write that we are the target and they prepare terror act against us. Even some Armenian social network users remind us of Operation Nemesis. As you know, Operation Nemesis was a terrorist act committed by the Armenian Dashnaks against the socio-political figures of the Ottoman Empire."
Notably, Ganjaliyev was elected MP to the Milli Majlis from Khankendi Constituency No. 122 in the early parliamentary elections held on February 9 this year.
He has been leading the Azerbaijani community in the Nagorno-Karabakh region since December 20, 2018.
