Hikmat Hajiyev: "Armenia meanly commits terrorist act against civilians"

"On the one hand, Armenia is begging for peace; on the other hand, it is committing an act of terrorism against civilians." 

Report informs, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev said during the briefing in Ganja.

"We consider it an act of terrorism, an act of genocide. They resort to such dishonorable acts to compensate for their defeat on the battlefield," – he stressed.
