"Fake news" - last hope of losing Armenian army

Armenia, which has been repeatedly defeated in Nagorno-Karabakh and surrounding regions due to the Azerbaijani Army's peacekeeping and anti-terrorist operations, has also failed in the information warfare.

The destruction of many military facilities, soldiers, and weapons of the enemy by our army has created anxiety, distrust, and aggression among the Armenian population.

Armenian government sees spreading misinformation about implementing "successful attack plans" against Azerbaijan as a way out of the situation.

Armenian Defense Ministry official Artur Hovhannisyan posted on his Facebook account that another base allegedly exploded with fuel and lubricants belonging to the Azerbaijani military unit, killing more than 200 service members in a barracks near the base. It's a well-known fact that flammable and combustible products are not stored near the residential buildings or warehouses. Especially in wartime, when hostilities are raging, it is impossible to have a barracks near a base with fuel and lubricants.
It would also be naive to think that several hundred soldiers were sleeping in a barracks on the line of contact at a time of active hostilities.
The Armenian government also hides its human losses and military equipment and weapons from the public, as it fears higher aggression from the population inside the country.

That is why Armenian media is trying to reduce the population's anxiety by showing only 200-300 casualties instead of thousands. However, photos and videos spread on social networks prove that Armenia has lost thousands of soldiers. As the President of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Ilham Aliyev said it is an information age, and it is impossible to hide anything. The Azerbaijani Army disseminates videos about its operations, the destruction of enemy forces, and military equipment. It conveys the truth of this information to the people and the world with evidence. On the other hand, by spreading unsubstantiated rumors, the Armenian government is trying to reduce the people's anger and prolong the political government's life, which they are already losing.
