Armenia's military doctrine proved to be aggressive: Hikmat Hajiyev

"Before the escalation of the situation in the line of contact, Armenia openly threatened Azerbaijan's critical energy infrastructure - Mingachevir water reservoir with missile attacks, Assistant to the Azerbaijani President - Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev said on his official Twitter account.

"Recent missile attacks of Armenia reaffirmed such aggressive nature of Armenia's military doctrine," he emphasized.
