Vagharshak Harutiunyan, Chief Advisor to the Prime Minister of Armenia, acknowledged that the hostile country's armed forces deliberately shelled Azerbaijani settlements, the Armenian government official said in an interview with Russia's state TV channel Russia 1.
According to Report, Harutiunyan said that this was done to create unrest among Azerbaijani citizens. Armenian officials have repeatedly denied firing on Azerbaijani settlements. However, this confession of Chief Advisor proves that the enemy country's military-political leadership has committed war crimes on purpose.
