Armenian armed forces fired rockets at the densely populated areas of Ganja.
According to Report's western center, one of the rockets fired at the city of Ganja hit residential buildings inhabited by civilians.
Rocket fire killed seven people, injured 28, and damaged the infrastructure.
Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, law enforcement agencies, and Emergency Medical Aid Brigade were called to the scene. Efforts are underway to evacuate the victims.
