Armenia does not comply with agreements, says Azerbaijani FM

"Armenia does not comply with the reached agreements as before," Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said according to the results of the meeting with Jakub Kulhánek, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic.

"More than ten months have passed since the end of the war, and Azerbaijan has been holding relevant talks within the framework of tripartite agreements reached in November last year. However, Armenia has not yet complied with these agreements. The Armenian side has not handed over all the maps of the minefields of the liberated areas. This has led to the deaths of civilians, as well as delays in the rehabilitation of infrastructure, implementation of transport projects and opening of the communication, and the return of IDPs in these areas. Armenia must choose either constructive cooperation and or hostile relations with neighbouring countries," Bayramov said.
