70th day of eco-protests on Khankandi-Lachin road: demands unchanged

The protests on the Khankandi-Lachin road against the illegal exploitation of mineral deposits in the Karabakh economic region of Azerbaijan have been going on for 70 days, Report informs.
There were no incidents during the night at the protest site, where security rules were followed at a high level.
As usual, the protesters started the day singing the National Anthem of Azerbaijan.
The protesting eco-activists raise posters written in Azerbaijani, Russian and English on both sides of the road and chant slogans.
The demands have remained unchanged since the first day of the demonstrations.
The protesters have been calling on the global community to protect the environment.
