Executioners wanted in Zimbabwe as 81 death row inmates wait to die

Baku. 18 October. REPORT.AZ/ Zimbabwe is looking for a hangman to execute 81 people.
Report informs citing CNNTurk that the last hangman retired in 2006.
By the information, the execution of 81 people was put off for the absence of the executioner.
Justice Ministry advertised for the post, but despite 50 people applying, no executioner has been appointed.
Notably, the death penalties in Saudi Arabia are also performed by executioners. The monthly wage of the executioner in the Kingdom is $400. In addition, a premium of $133 is allocated for each execution.
The surveys in Zimbabwe found that 80% of people said they would accept it if the government abolished the death penalty.
