In Kharkiv, compared to previous periods, construction work must be carried out better in order to ensure the return of residents, stated Glib Vatulia, Vice-Rector of Kharkiv National University of Urban Economy, at an event within the framework of WUF13 in Baku, Report informs.
According to him, thanks to grant support from the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe, project documentation is being prepared for the reconstruction of the Pivnichna Saltivka neighborhood in Kharkiv.
"We must build better than before. This is the only way we can ensure the return of residents to Kharkiv. This is the main aspect of our work," Vatulya said.
