Rules for applying 8-year restriction to taxis in Azerbaijan announced

After July 1 of this year, cars must be less than 8 years old to get a taxi license, Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency public legal entity under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport said, Report informs.

As reported, this requirement is not applied to those who apply prior to July 1.

For example, if the car is manufactured in 2012 and applied for a permit before July 1, then a 3-year permit will be issued and the color requirement will not apply.
