Process for selecting preferential housing simplified in Azerbaijan

The State Housing Development Agency (MİDA) has made changes to the process of selecting preferential housing to improve the convenience and accessibility of the system.

According to Report, the address search option is now activated first when selecting apartments. Citizens can review listings on the agency's website in advance and, on the day of selection, search for housing by address in real time. After that, map-based and parameter-based searches are activated sequentially.

In waiting mode, users will be able to see in advance the status of apartments that were not selected in the first or second order of the queue, increasing their chances of making a selection. The application process has also been simplified - after clicking the Confirm button, the applicant immediately receives applicant status without any additional actions.

The innovations help prevent errors during the selection process and speed it up. Information about the apartments available for sale can be viewed on the mida.gov.az website and in the Preferential Housing system under the Demo Sale section.

It should be recalled that on September 4, from 11:00 to 16:00, 535 apartments will be offered for sale: one in the Lankaran residential complex, 528 in Shirvan, and six in Yevlakh.
