Head of the press service of Baku Metro Bakhtiyar Mammadov told Report that the implementation of the rules for using medical masks and observing social distance strictly controlled in the Baku Metro.
According to the information, new checkpoints at stations, among other things, contribute to the regulation of passenger traffic: "This multifunctional system, first used in metro stations, operates in an automatic mode, performs an accelerated inspection of transported items, including bags and other cargo within the specified dimensions."
To strengthen preventive measures against the spread of the coronavirus infection at stations and trains at certain hours of the day, metro staff and police officers strengthened inspections. Preventive conversations are held with passengers during checks; recommendations are given.
