20 hectares allocated for construction of subsidized housing in Baku

Baku. 24 February. REPORT.AZ/ 20 hectares of land in the western part of Hovsan settlement, Surakhani district of Baku city transferred to MIDA LLC under the State Housing Construction Agency.

Works to prepare "Justification for Urban Planning" will begin in order to ensure the construction of multi-family housing on the land allocated in the area.

Planning will ensure the efficient use of the land in accordance with urban norms.

At the next stage design of residential buildings and other structures for social purposes and working papers, as well as engineering and communication support system will be prepared, development of road infrastructure will be planned.
