The average stay of tourists in Icherisheher in Baku, Azerbaijan, has increased to 4–5 hours, Rufat Mahmud, Chairman of the Board of the Icherisheher State Historical-Architectural Reserve Administration, said during an event held within the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) in Baku, Report informs.
Mahmud highlighted that tourists previously spent only about two hours in Icherisheher: "Most visitors would simply walk around, have a meal, and leave the area.
