Hikmat Hajiyev: Azerbaijan plays key role in dev’t of INSTC

Azerbaijan plays a crucial role in the development of the International North-South Transport Corridor (INSTC), Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev said at the fifth meeting of the Russian-Azerbaijani Expert Council in Baku, Report informs.

Hajiyev highlighted that Azerbaijan continues to actively invest in the development of this corridor:

"Currently, work is underway to expand the transportation capacity of the corridor's Azerbaijani part. Undoubtedly, this will benefit not only Azerbaijan and Russia but the entire region.”
