According to Report, this was stated in a video released by the airline.
"In this video, we have shown only a small part of the story of brave and courageous women who set themselves the goal of becoming AZAL pilots. These girls have come a long way: they learned the basics of this difficult profession at the National Aviation Academy of Azerbaijan, passed all exams with excellent marks and successfully passed the final practical tests. Today, these beautiful ladies are highly professional pilots of AZAL who perform internal and international flights. We are proud of our colleagues and wish them always blue sky and safe travels!"
