Bilajari washing, steaming station cleans record number of wagons

In May 2020, a record number of tank wagons were washed touchless at the Bilajari washing and steaming station, which is part of ADY Express LLC, a subsidiary of Azerbaijan Railways CJSC. Report informs the decision was made to prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) in Azerbaijan.

At a station operating in a special quarantine mode, 1,139 tank cars were washed last month, of which 1,098 were cleaned inside and 41 outside. This figure is a record for the number of wagons washed at the station per month. Until now, the average number of washed tank wagons per month ranged.
