Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva have attended a groundbreaking ceremony for the Khanlig-Gubadli road from the 10th kilometer of the Khudafarin-Gubadli-Lachin highway to the city center of Gubadli, Report informs, citing the presidential press service.
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva visited Gubadli District on October 25.
