Azerbaijan to launch unified electronic real estate portal

Azerbaijan is set to launch a unified electronic portal for property-related services in early 2025.

Nigar Alimova, the chairperson of the State Cadastre and Real Estate Registry under the Ministry of Economy's State Property, said that the portal's project has already been submitted to the government and relevant state bodies for approval.

"Once we receive their positive feedback, the portal will be launched," she said.
