Azerbaijan sees 3% growth in retail trade turnover

Baku. 11 December. REPORT.AZ/ Retail trade turnover in January-November 2018 grew by 2.7% to AZN 32.4 billion, Report informs referring to the State Statistical Committee.

According to the committee, the sale of food products, tobacco and drinks amounted to AZN 16,272,700,000, non-food products amounted to AZN 16,164,100,000, relevantly up 2.2% and 3.3% from the previous year.

A consumer bought AZN 300.4-good on average, which is AZN 12.1 higher than the previous year.

A consumer bought food products, drinks and tobacco worth AZN 150.7 on average, non-food products worth AZN 149.74 in the reporting period.
