Azerbaijan posts 0.7% inflation rate in January

Baku. 8 February. REPORT.AZ/ Prices on consumption goods and services rose by 1.7% compared to a year earlier, with 0.7% on foodstuffs, beverage and tobacco products, 1.2% on non-food products and 3.4% on paid services in January 2019, Report informs.
According to the State Statistical Committee, compared to December 2018, prices of consumption goods and services in January rose by 0.2%, including foodstuffs, beverage and tobacco products by 0.9%, non-food products by 0.2%, while paid services dropped by 0.8%.
