Azerbaijan highlights green transition, connectivity at AIIB seminar

Azerbaijan's transition to a green economy model, projects implemented in the liberated territories and prospects for cooperation in transport and logistics were discussed at a seminar held as part of the 11th Annual Meeting of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB).

According to Report, Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov wrote about the event on X.

Jabbarov said he had participated as a keynote speaker at the seminar titled "Across Borders: Connecting Regions, Building Resilience", held in Doha as part of the AIIB annual meeting.

He noted that the discussions had focused on the development of green and sustainable infrastructure, expansion of transport and energy corridors, introduction of new technologies and attraction of private investment.
