Azerbaijan boosts air freight

In January-February this year, 59,300 passengers were carried by air in Azerbaijan, down 82.6% from a year earlier.
Report informs, referring to the State Statistical Committee (SSC), that 98.8% of the passenger transportation was carried out by the state sector, 1.2% - by the private sector.
In the reporting period, the air freight increased by 74% to 79,000 tonnes.
