Housing finance reforms in Azerbaijan will continue due to the persistently high demand for housing, Anar Karimov, First Deputy Minister of Finance of Azerbaijan, said during an event held within the framework of World Urban Forum 13 in Baku.
According to Report, he noted that digitalization has become an important part of the reforms in this field: the process of submitting applications, conducting checks, and approving requests has been fully transferred to an electronic format through e-government systems.
"I must admit that the demand for housing remains high, and therefore the reforms must continue," the deputy minister noted.
