Alasgarova: Global eco-city experience applied in Azerbaijan

The global experience of building eco-cities is now being applied in Azerbaijan, Gunel Alasgarova, member of the Association of Azerbaijan Construction Materials Manufacturers, said during an event at the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) in Baku, Report informs.

According to Alasgarova, Singapore holds a special place among countries that have systematically and timely implemented urbanization processes.

She also highlighted the experience of Dubai: "Here, the focus is not only on energy consumption but also on energy reuse. Sewerage systems are also built on different principles."
