Air Lituanica intends to attract a strategic investor from Azerbaijan

Baku. 6 November. REPORT.AZ/ Lithuanian airline Air Lituanica is interested in attracting a strategic investor from Azerbaijan through the implementation of his 49% stake. Report informs referring to the Lithuanian media, CJSC Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) can become the investor.
However, for realization of the deal Lithuanian airline must meet certain requirements that will take some time.
Lithuanian media noted that currently the airline Air Lituanica is in financial difficulty. CEO of Air Lituanica Kestitus Binkauskas, intends to achieve good results over the next few years.
