4 countries to create Caspian-Black Sea int'l transport route in 2024

Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Georgia and Romania will create the Caspian-Black Sea International Transport Route, Report informs.
The quadrilateral intergovernmental agreement will be signed in Bucharest this year.
