Gold production in Azerbaijan down by over 20%

In January-May 2023, Azerbaijan produced 886.6 kg of gold (-20.6%) and 1,794.5 kg of silver (-28.1%), Report informs, citing the State Statistical Committee.

In the reporting period, the production of copper concentrate in Azerbaijan was 1,570.3 tons, up 50.3% from the same period in 2022.

As of June 1, 2023, the finished products made up 183.4 kg of gold, 417.1 kg of silver, and 608.1 tons of copper.
