Balakhany industrial park expands geography of production export

23 residents have been registered officially at the Balakhany industrial park.

Report informs, citing Clean City, that of the registered residents, 16 are already functioning. Four residents have passed registration this year.

"The residents of the industrial park manufacture new products with the involvement of building materials, processed food, and motor oils, paper, plastic, rubber, etc., in the processing."

The territory of the Balakhani industrial park is currently 10.15 hectares. During the industrial park's activity, residents invested AZN 44.7 million and created more than 800 new jobs. Over the past period, residents have manufactured products worth AZN81.9 million. Products worth AZN10.8 million were exported to several foreign countries, including the Netherlands, Switzerland, USA, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Russia, Belarus.

Park residents are exempt from income tax, land, property for a period of 10 years. At the same time, technological equipment imported for production purposes is exempt from VAT and import duties for seven years.
